Reports to: Field Care Supervisor

Supported by: In-house physiotherapist

Summary Of Role

We are excited to introduce a new and innovative role as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the lives, health, and overall well‑being of the people we support.

Our goal is simple: to help individuals remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes. To achieve this, we are developing a dedicated Mobility Support Programme , led by our in‑house physiotherapist. This programme will provide tailored guidance and structured support plans designed to improve strength, mobility, and confidence for each individual we serve, alongside our normal services.
