Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff
- Manage customer relationships and handle escalations
- Oversee vehicle stock levels and inventory control
- Negotiate deals and finalize major sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, and service departments
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
