Sirona Medical are currently working in conjunction with a private client who are currently seeking a Band 5 OT to join their community care team permanently. Our client specialise in residential care and supported living for service users with LD/MH and dual diagnosis conditions. The OT team comprises of 4 OTAs which you would be responsible for, 2 Band 5 OTs, a Senior OT and the Lead OT who would provide frequent supervision. My client are great with employee development and offer excellent training and support in abundance for new starters. They are also very supportive of a healthy career development for their employees and provide help with travel expenses in addition to a competitive salary.
