NGO Vehicle Rentals Tender — Project Fleet in Sindh

TENDER NOTICE FOR VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICES (Sujawal, Badin, Umerkot, Tharparkar or any other district of Sindh)

Shifa Foundation, a non-profit and non-governmental organization, is currently implementing projects in various districts of Sindh Province. Sealed bids are invited from registered suppliers, vendors, contractors, and rent-a-car companies for the provision of vehicle rental services on monthly and daily basis for project operations.

General Requirements

• Vehicles must be in good working condition.
• Vehicles shall be equipped with Tracker, Tool Box, Tow Chain, Jumper Cable, Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Box.
• Drivers must possess valid licenses and relevant experience.
• Fuel will be provided by Shifa Foundation.
• Vehicles will be hired on an as‑needed basis and quantities may vary according to project requirements.
