**Job Description**

The Facilities Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects The candidate will be an important member of the team to ensure that the goals & deadlines of this area are achieved.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ ? Supervise and lead custodial staff assigned to night shifts across campus buildings? Assign nightly work schedules and ensure tasks are completed according to established cleaning standards? Conduct routine inspections of facilities to verify quality, safety, and compliance? Provide hands-on support, coaching, and training to custodial staff as needed? Address service requests, emergencies, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner? Enforce university policies, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment and chemicals?
