Night Housing Support Worker — Empower Young People

Homeless Link in Liverpool is seeking a Community Housing Night Support Worker for a 12-month fixed term role. This position aims to provide unconditional support for vulnerable young people (18-25) at risk of homelessness, fostering their personal development and independence.

Applicants should have experience in homelessness support and a solid understanding of mental health issues. You will manage support plans, help residents achieve their goals, and liaise with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
