We have an exciting opportunity to join our Front Office Team at The Fife Arms as Night Manager working closely with our Front of House Manager and team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a similar level of experience and a passion for excellent hospitality, as well as a desire to develop your skills and grow your career.
As Night Manager you will be responsible for:
Achieving guest satisfaction, room and other (guest experience) revenue goals by supervising the Front Office operation during the night. Ensuring that the Front Office night team is staffed according to need by utilising business forecasts to schedule employees.
