Night Senior Care Assistant

OVERALL OBJECTIVES:

• Provide physical and emotional support and care for the residents of the home, maintaining high standards of care and supervision of daily routines.
• Assist in providing a stable and caring environment that underpins the residents' emotional and psychological well-being.
• Support residents in continuing the expression of their culture, faith, and values.
• Develop a good working relationship with managers and be involved in staff training and development.
• Take charge of a shift in the absence of the Home Manager.
• We are looking for dedicated Senior Care Assistants who are passionate about providing excellent care to older people in our care homes.
