Job Summary

As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home you will look after the diverse needs of residents, delivering quality, person‑centred care and support. The role involves supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and supporting the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews.

Responsibilities

• Meet the diverse needs of residents to ensure quality, person‑centred care.
• Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants in partnership with the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and reviews.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
