**Job Type:** Full-Time, Nights (8pm - 5am)
**Pay rate: $34 - $40/hr + $3 night shift differential**
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a hands-on **Maintenance Shop Foreman** to lead daily operations of our waste service maintenance shop. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, prioritizing repairs, and ensuring our fleet of trash collection vehicles and equipment stays safe, reliable, and on the road.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and lead maintenance technicians; assign and prioritize daily work
+ Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance on refuse trucks and equipment (front load, rear load, roll-off)
+ Ensure timely completion of PM schedules and minimize downtime
+ Review diagnostics, approve repairs, and manage parts usage
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
+ Coordinate with operations/dispatch on equipment needs and status updates
