💰 £50,000 plus £18.oo per shift (shift allowance)
⏰ 4 on 4 off 6pm–6am NIGHTS

The Role

This isn’t a “sit in the office and check reports” kind of role.

You’ll be running a full shift in a busy operation, leading from the front, making decisions in real time, and keeping everything moving when things inevitably don’t go to plan.

You’re accountable for performance, people, and output. If the shift delivers, it’s because you’ve set the tone. If it doesn’t, you’re the one fixing it.

This is proper operational leadership, not just managing, but driving standards, culture, and results.
