Job Description
As our next Night Team Member, you will:
Welcome late arrivals and farewell early departures with a warm and friendly attitude.Carry out the Night Audit.Prepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments.Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.Support hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day.Provide food and beverage service during the night shift.Ensure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations.Respond promptly to guest requests and reso...
