• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate specialist consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Be stationed at the Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height, weight, and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station.
