VaporVM is seeking a NOC & Call Center Manager to lead the dual operations of a 24/7 Network Operations Center and customer-facing Call Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective IT service delivery by optimizing teams, processes, and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years in IT Operations, including leadership experience in high-availability environments. Proficiency in Arabic and ITIL certifications are mandatory.
