General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate stakeholder engagement in particular local authorities. Manage supervision consultants' submission on authorities' portals (including submissions on behalf of contractors), mainly related to Infrastructure scope of works. Interaction with Abu Dhabi authorities, mainly ADDC, ADCD, ADM, ADSSC, Transco, EAD, ADNOC, Telecom. Organise, prepare and run workshops and client meetings, expediting actions arising, producing reports and ensuring records of all activities are maintained. Coordinate with relevant utilities agencies, departments, and applicable authorities with mandated authority over the programme and ensure that all permits and NOCs are in place for the project.
