One () to three () years demonstrated customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Looking for candidates with UC experience, or at minimum experience in a complex higher education or hospital HR environment.

Working knowledge in PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.

Exceptional writing skills to clearly, concisely, and logically articulate ideas, using appropriate editorial style and grammatically correct language; ability to translate technical information and concepts into easily understandable language for a diverse audience.
