Alinea International is preparing a proposal for a technical assistance project supporting the EU’s cooperation with South Africa on local government and climate resilience. We're seeking Non-Key Experts (NKEs) with diverse expertise for the Bridging Inequalities for Greener Municipalities Programme. Your role will involve enhancing municipal performance and facilitating green investments across four pre-selected municipalities.
