Non-medical Prescriber

The post holder as a Band 7 Non‑medical Prescriber will deliver Non‑medical prescribing interventions for the Neuro Developmental Disorders (NDD) Service in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington. The post‑holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team working in predominantly Secondary Care settings with service users who have been assessed as having ADHD.

Clinical

• To offer non‑medical prescribing services to service users in with mental health conditions, specialising in those with ADHD.
• To provide and maintain accurate records.
• To ensure that Clinical Governance targets are met in relation to prescribing and other specialist areas of practice.
• To provide cover for clinics in the event of any staff planned/unplanned leave.
• To participate in clinical audits, trials and research and take a role in the monitoring of service quality.
