• Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-trade goods and services
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process (PR to PO cycle)
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for non-trade categories
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure service quality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to address procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements
• Identify and implement cost‑saving and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare procurement reports, savings analysis, and supplier performance reports
• Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team
