In this exciting role, you will be the voice of support for Norwegian and Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive top-tier assistance when encountering vehicle issues.

Your proficiency in Nordic languages will be crucial as you help customers navigate unforeseen roadside challenges, providing them with solutions that align with the luxury standards of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional roadside assistance in Nordic languages through phone and digital channels for luxury car customers
• Quickly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for various roadside emergencies
• Collaborate effectively with service providers, such as towing services and garages, to ensure swift assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
