What You'll Do

A Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will shape how Talent Acquisition data is used across the Nordics. You work across three core areas: creating clarity of recruiting data with dashboards and analyses; acting as the point person for AI experimentation in TA, piloting tools and testing approaches; and the operational backbone, managing presentations, processes, and everything that keeps us moving. You report directly to TA leadership.

• Own the integrity and quality of Talent Acquisition data across systems, ensuring accurate, consistent, and actionable reporting.
• Translate data into clear insights, supporting Nordic and global HR leadership with presentations, business reviews, and strategic updates.
