Texas Instruments is seeking a **Security Manager** who will be responsible for the administrative supervision and operational leadership within the physical security organization. Responsibilities include oversight of security operations, contract guard force management, and the planning and execution of security infrastructure and technology projects. This individual develops, implements, and maintains security policies, procedures, and standards to protect people, assets, facilities, and operations while ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and regulatory obligations.

The Security Manager partners cross-functionally with Facilities, ESH&S, HR, Legal, IT, and business leadership to proactively identify risk, implement mitigation strategies, and deliver a professional, performance-driven security program.
