Northwest Region Director of IT Operations

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Regional Director of IT Operations serves in a leadership role in strategic planning and implementation of new technology infrastructure and IT services at the regional level, supporting both operational efficiency and project deliverables. Accountable for implementing programs and optimization requests to achieve performance improvement through the deployment and use of new and existing IT systems and infrastructure. This role develops and leads programs to manage and integrate IT systems, improve system reliability and functionality, enhance operational efficiency, ensure seamless communication of critical information across the IT landscape, and maintain data integrity.
