1. **Answers telephone calls and/or email regarding service in English & Spanish, operation or maintenance.**
2. **Accurately processes customer in-person and electronic file payments using the Customer**
3. **Information System**
4. **Researches and answers -customer inquiries.**
5. **Process customer requests for service or start/stop service.**
6. **Performs clerical and administrative duties as required**
7. **Processes customer complaints and forwards to proper department to properly address concerns**
