Opportunity Description

Job Description

  • Responsible for new product introduction / release and PCN changes activities. Interfaces with design, process, test, reliability and EMS manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems to meet launch goals (quality/yields, time & cost).
  • Develops and sustains yield improvements during prototype and post product launch to reduce production costs and increase yields.
  • Drive concurrent engineering activities to ensure new product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.
  • Continuously work with product development team to improve quality, productivity and cost. Provide technical support for New product releases.
  • Utilize analytical/ problem solving skills, data acquisition skills and use of statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study for new product readiness.
