NP/PA - Addiction Medicine - Grand Rapids, MI - Part Time

Corewell Health’s Center for Integrative Medicine provides compassionate care for patients impacted by substance use and alcohol disorders. Through our team of integrated clinicians, we provide empathy, support, treatment and understanding for patients. The practice has an opening for a flexible, caring, and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with specific interest in this patient population to join the group.






Position Highlights:
+ Outpatient Practice with light call
+ Collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, and Social Work
+ 60-minutes evaluations and 30-minute follow ups
+ Part-Time position
+ Benefit Eligible
+ Two-day work week - 10 hour days
+ Telemedicine satellite clinic coverage



Qualifications
