The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of civil disputes, providing high-quality legal advice while developing their expertise under the guidance of senior solicitors.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters under supervision, including:
• Property-related disputes
• Debt recovery
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice notes for clients and senior colleagues.
• Assist in preparing bundles for hearings, trials, and mediations.

Client Interaction

• Handle client enquiries professionally and promptly.
