Responsibilities
- Drive channel partner engagement and business development initiatives across the GCC market to generate NRI leads; identify, onboard, and manage premium channel partners to effectively promote Lodhas offerings in the region.
- Build and nurture a strong investor database through loyalty programs, referrals, and channel partner networks.
- Collaborate closely with Loyalty and Presales teams to maximize conversion and revenue opportunities.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns, events, and seminars for NRI clients; work with Marketing for timely and customized collaterals.
- Represent the organization at international property exhibitions and industry events while staying updated on market trends and competition.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team to drive performance and capability building.
