We are looking for an experienced NRSWA Inspector to join our Network Management compliance team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (1991) and other key regulations, maintaining high standards across street works and highway activities, and collaborating with stakeholders such as the Police, client teams and statutory undertakers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (1991) and other key regulations.
• Capture real‑time data, issue defect notices and resolve traffic management issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders including the Police, client teams and statutory undertakers.
• Support the development of improved procedures and policies, resolve third‑party complaints, and help shape best practices in network management.
