What you'll do
The primary purpose of the Resident Aide-Nurse Aide Trainee is to successfully complete class room training as well as clinical studies in order to pass the NYS Nurse Aide Training test to become a Certified Nurse Aide.
+ Support the philosophy and objectives of the Nursing Home and the Nursing Department in performance of care as a member of the team.
+ Provides care to residents assigned solely under the supervision of the NATP Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor, who will oversee the NA Trainee skills and evaluate his/her performance.
