The role is responsible for assisting US-based Case Managers in completion of tasks to promote quality medical care promptly and cost-effectively.

Job Summary

The Nurse Concierge will initiate calls to Medical Providers to gather pertinent medical information such as but not limited to, the extent of the patient’s injury, treatment plan, etc. Communication with injured workers will be done over text message. S/he should be comfortable and efficient in handling outbound and inbound calls, text message exchange and back‑office tasks.
