Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the units/departments in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• Specialty hospital – women’s and children’s services
• 11 ORs + 1 dedicated pediatric OR
• Level IV Neonatal, Level IV maternal center
• Resuscitate and deliver babies starting at 21 weeks & 5 days
• Deliver 2nd most babies in the state of Texas
• 70% adult/women’s services/30% pediatrics for surgical volumes
• 500 cases/month, 6k cases/year
