Nurse Education Manager - Behavioral Health (Psych) - Mount Sinai West - Full Time - Days

**Job Description**

The Nurse Education Manager is an advanced role involving the management, assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of clinical and educational activities, including orientation, staff development and competency assessments.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
+ Master's degree in nursing/Allied Health with experience in Nursing Education and/or Nursing Leadership.
+ Professional Board certification in clinical specialty or staff development is recommended.
+ Licensed as a Registered Nurse with current registration in New York State
+ Demonstrated competence and progressive experience in Education and Management/ Administration and clinical specialty assigned. Three to five years of psychiatric nursing experience; addiction experience preferred.
