Opportunity Description

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Centralized Services and in primary collaboration with the Program Teams of Crisis Response Services (CRS) and RAAM, as well as with mental health and addictions community programs as applicable, the incumbent is responsible for

  • Educational program development for: Nursing staff including R.N.s, L.P.N.s, R.P.N.s. Support staff including U.A.s, N.A.s, U.C.s and/or applicable technicians.
  • Teaching and learning activities.
  • Nursing practice standards.
  • Patient education development.
  • Professional and Self Development.
  • Allied Health staff.



    • Note: The priority and percentages of each of the above functions will vary throughout the year and possibly from year to year.

    Position will primarily support crisis response services and rapid access to addiction medicine, with support to other community programs as required.
