Opportunity Description
Responsible to manage the 7/24-hour clinical operations and staff within the PACU, meeting continuous quality improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values. Ensure safe, efficient and cost- effective care is provided to the community, patients and families of community primary care providers, and promote linkages and strategic regional relationships with Seattle Children's. In conjunction with the Operative Services leadership team, this position is responsible for the implementation of CPI initiatives for the PACU.
**Required Education and Experience**
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of two (2) years RN experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience.

Current Washington State or Multistate (MSL) RN license.
