Nurse Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a Nurse Manager to join our expanding team and new centers. He/ She will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This role involves managing the nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering professional development.
• Patient Care: Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, efficiency, and a high standard of care.
