Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager oversees and coordinates the clinical services for direct patient care and ensures delivery of the highest quality care. Reporting to both the Strategic Operations Director and the Medical Director, this role manages and supervises the nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the medical providers and staff to optimize patient experience, promote evidence-based practices, and uphold clinical standards. The Nurse Manager is also responsible for nursing staff development, including recruitment, training, continuing education, and performance evaluation. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and commitment to exemplary patient-centered care to provide exceptional healthcare services.
