Empowered Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide integrated primary care services within a behavioral health setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered medical care to individuals receiving mental health and/or substance use disorder services. This position is ideal for a new or early-career Nurse Practitioner seeking hands-on experience, mentorship from a seasoned CRNP, and the opportunity to build a strong and consistent patient panel within a supportive, team-based environment.
