Position Highlights – General Pediatrics | Belton, TX

• Outpatient Pediatrics Focus – Provide comprehensive care including well visits, acute care, and follow-ups
• Established Patient Panel – Manage new and established pediatric patients (avg. 25 per day)
• Flexible Scheduling – 8 or 10-hour shifts within clinic hours (7 AM – 7 PM)
• Minimal Weekend Requirement – Only 1–2 weekend shifts per month (single shift)
• Additional Earning Opportunity – Moonlighting available with premium weekend pay
• Strong Clinical Support Team – Work alongside RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and front desk staff
• Autonomous Practice Opportunity – Serve as primary provider in a rural clinic setting with physician oversight (monthly QA)
