Opportunity Description
Nurse Practitioner needed for for the Palliative Care program in Roanoke County, VA!
When: ASAP - ongoing
Willing to accept locum, or locum to perm, or perm.
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 830a-5p (some flexibility)
- Call: TBD
- NP to patient ratio is 12:1 to 14:1
- Each patient require 1-5 visits per week
- Patients are seen at their homes and local facilities
- No current peds patients, but it may be a possibility
Active VA license
Masters prepared graduate from an accredited school of nursing and NP program
At least 2 years as a NP in acute care, home health, geriatric, hospice or palliative care
COVID vaccine
