We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team! The Nurse Practitioner will be providing comprehensive evaluations and treating the adult substance-abusing population. The Nurse Practitioner will assess prospective patients for admission to detoxify and rehabilitate to the facility, determine the appropriate level of care, and address any immediate ongoing health issues that can be assisted at the residential, rehabilitation, or detox level of care.
Shift: 4 x 10 hour days or 5 x 8 hour days on-site.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations with relevant history, and health assessment based on the patient's signs & symptoms.
• Identify the needs of the patient and make a differential diagnosis based on the clinical presentation, history, and clinical findings.
• Conduct waived testing for urine, blood work, and glucose monitoring.
