Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nursing Home Primary Care (Weekend Coverage)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Canarsie)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Compensation: $500 - $600 per day (1099)
A medical group providing primary care services to nursing homes is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide weekend coverage for a skilled nursing facility located in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn.
This role focuses on providing primary care to geriatric patients in a nursing home environment. The provider will manage patient visits, follow-ups, and coordinate care with facility staff to ensure continuity of care over the weekend.
Schedule
The provider will work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Providers must be available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM , with flexibility in structuring their day based on patient volume and facility needs.
