As a **Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)** **Float** at **CenterWell Senior Primary Care** , you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
