Nursery Assistant

Scale 3 £13.40 – £13.47 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 7:25 – 15:15 (half hour lunch break unpaid) – 7h 20m per day; 36h 40m per week. Term‑time only, permanent from September 2026

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursery teacher in the management and preparation of resources and enhancement of the nursery environment.
• Lead and supervise areas of the room under the guidance of the Nursery teacher.
• Apply knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in daily activities.
