Your new nursery
You will be working for Hays as early years bank staff where you will be placed in various settings. You will be working with children aged 3 months to 5 years, which can be tailored to your preferences. You will be able to work across different settings around Burgess Hill and surrounding areas and work around your ownmitments. We will do everything we can to support you in finding work for your availability, but of course this can depend on the nurseries needs.

Your new role

As nursery bank staff you will be expected to support the early years settings, working where required; supporting the other nursery staff, helping set up and tidy the room, playing with the children and ensuring the environment is safe at all times. You won't be expected toplete any learning diaries, so this is a great opportunity to gain confidence and learn new skills.
