Nursery Room Leader - Crawley

Randstad Education is partnering with a high-quality day nursery in Crawley to find a dedicated, full-time Nursery Room Leader. This is a critical leadership appointment for a reflective practitioner who doesn't just manage a classroom routine, but actively inspires and mentors their team.

The role requires full-time commitment, five days a week, Monday to Friday, in alignment with school hours.
