About our ClientsIn central Woking, our clients are seeing an experienced room leader for their busy Nursery, to step up to a Third in Charge role, working as part of the management team. Working 40 hr week salary is c£33k depending on experience, with fantastic benefits with this growing provider. On all good transport links too, walking distance from town centre.
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader/ Third in Charge Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
