Opportunity Description
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Nurseryperson to join our glasshouse operations team. This role involves assisting with the cultivation, care, and maintenance of plants to ensure healthy growth and high-quality production within our nursery and glasshouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain nursery and glasshouse areas for planting and cultivation activities.
- Propagate, plant, water, fertilise, and monitor a variety of plants and seedlings.
- Inspect plants for pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies, and assist with treatment measures where required.
- Maintain appropriate environmental conditions within the glasshouse, including irrigation, ventilation, and temperature control.
- Assist with pruning, spacing, transplanting, and harvesting activities.
