Opportunity Description
Lincoln Tech has a need for a Nursing Clinical Manager who will be a part of the school's management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. Your goal would be to accomplish the program's objectives and support the organization's mission, all while upholding the school's highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity.
Location: New Britain Campus Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday approximately 830am-430pm (some days may flex)
Responsibilities for Nursing Clinical Manager
+ Secure and maintain clinical sites and required agreements.
+ Build and maintain relationships with clinical partners.
+ Coordinate clinical rotations, lab experiences, and faculty schedules.
+ Supervise, orient, evaluate, and support clinical instructors.
+ Monitor student progress, attendance, and clinical competency development.
+ Conduct clinical site visits and evaluations.
