Nursing Facility Care Manager, LTSS (RN) - Local Travel Required

JOB DESCRIPTION

Opportunity for a bilingual, TX licensed RN residing in Eagle Pass, TX. You will join Molina to work with our Medicaid members currently admitted to a nursing facility. Preference will be given to RNs who have worked in Facility Care Management with another MCO, but we will also consider RNs who have experience working in nursing facilities and/or experience conducting MDS assessments. Responsibilities include seeing the members in the nursing facilities and working with the nursing staff onsite there. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST and mileage is reimbursed as part of our benefit package.

Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, especially with Outlook, Excel, and Teams as well as being confident in moving between different programs to complete the necessary forms and documentation.
